The Grill Oceanfront Fine Dining Restaurant located inside the Beautiful Five Star Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen Resort is an upscale trendy modern restaurant and lounge with an oceanfront bar Charcoal Grill. Serving a full menu ranging from Fish appetizers, Salads, and of course the finest imported USDA PRIME MEATS!
In addition to weekday fine dining, we will be offering Shabbat meals to the hotel guests as well as vacationers staying at one of the area hotels with a special Gourmet Chef Menu.
The Grill at The Grand Hyatt Playa is under the strict supervision of the IKM,
All Our Vegetables are washed and checked by a IKM certified full time Mashgiach.

Dinner is served at The Grill restaurant from 6:00pm, Food can also be ordered to your room from the room service menu from until 10:30pm

We strive to create a Glatt Kosher Vacation experience without compromising on any of the Shabbat & Yom Tov standards, we will feature a special chef menu during these days, please see calendar for special events, Advance reservation required
